Booking & Commitment Policy

When you book a ritual with Returning Love, you are entering into a sacred commitment. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.

Confirmation of Booking

  • Once your order is confirmed, preparation for your ritual may begin immediately.

  • As each ritual is personalized and requires sacred materials, bookings are final and binding once placed.

Cancellations

  • Ritual bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun.

  • If you request a cancellation before work has started, we may consider it at our discretion, but an administrative fee will apply.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to adjust the timing of your ritual, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling is only allowed before the ritual has begun. Once it has started, no changes can be made.

Accuracy of Information

  • Customers must provide truthful and accurate details (names, dates of birth, photos, etc.).

  • Incorrect or incomplete details may reduce the effectiveness of the ritual, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

Proof of Ritual

  • Where applicable, we may provide photo or video evidence of the ritual as proof of service.

  • These materials are for your private reference only and remain the intellectual property of Returning Love.
