Shipping Policy – Returning Love

At Returning Love, we take great care in preparing and sending your sacred items. Please read the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders for physical products (such as amulets, oils, and other sacred items) are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.​​

Delivery Estimates

  • Local (Singapore): 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Regional (Malaysia): 7–14 business days from dispatch.

  • International (outside SG/MY): 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and courier capacity.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Singapore: Free delivery for orders above SGD 150. A flat fee of SGD 6.90 applies for orders below SGD 150.

  • Malaysia: Free delivery for orders above SGD 150. A flat fee of SGD 9.90 applies for orders below SGD 150.

  • Other International Destinations: Free delivery for orders above SGD 200. A flat fee of SGD 25.00 applies for orders below SGD 200.

  • Self-Collection (Singapore only): Free from our designated location (details provided upon order confirmation). Items must be collected within 4 weeks of notification.

Tracking & Responsibility

  • All shipments come with a tracking number provided once your parcel is dispatched.

  • For overseas orders, once the parcel is handed over to the destination country’s courier, we are unable to provide further assistance regarding tracking, disputes, or delivery status.

  • We are not liable for delays, mishandling, lost, or damaged parcels caused by third-party courier services. Customers are advised to contact the courier directly using their tracking number for resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be combined after checkout is completed.

  • Changes to shipping method (e.g., from courier to self-collection) are not allowed once an order is confirmed.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For deliveries outside Singapore, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. Returning Love is not liable for parcels delayed, held, or returned due to customs regulations.

Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Orders

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, re-delivery charges will apply.

  • For self-collection orders not picked up within 4 weeks, the items will be considered forfeited with no refund.
