Rituals & Spiritual Services

  • All ritual bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Because rituals are personalized, spiritual in nature, and begin preparation immediately, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after purchase.

  • By booking a ritual, you acknowledge that results vary depending on circumstances and spiritual receptivity, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Physical Products (Amulets, Oils, and Other Items)

  • All product sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste, or subjective experience.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged or defective.

    • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, with clear photo evidence of the damage.

    • After review, we will advise on the next steps (e.g., replacement, partial refund, or store credit).

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and spiritual integrity reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days at [your email] with photos of the damage.

  • We will assess and guide you on the replacement or resolution process.

  • Shipping fees for returning damaged items (if required) may be reimbursed at our discretion.

No Refunds on Advice or Guidance

Any spiritual advice, consultations, or recommendations given by Returning Love are not substitutes for professional medical, financial, or legal advice. No refund requests will be entertained on the basis of disagreement with, or dissatisfaction from, advice given.

Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse payment via chargeback for completed rituals or shipped products will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to blacklist such customers and pursue legal recovery.
